I was gonna write this entirely too long rant about a discussion on race in movies that we had in class, how we brought up the Latinos who embrace their race in Hollywood, and those who don't, how I find myself mostly annoyed with Latinas like J.Lo and how as much as she doesn't represent me... she actually does at the end of the day- but I'd rather not.

You don't think J.Lo represent you? I bet she loses sleep sometimes thinking that she can never be everything to the whole Puerto Rican community, as does any member of a minority group.
i doubt she loses sleep, girl.
but... no, she doesn't represent me.
i'd love to meet her though, see where she stands and how she feels about this.
