After a very enjoyable conversation concerning summer jams of the past, Geezy and I stumbled upon our love for "Case of the Ex" by MYA. This then turned into my going back in time and remembering every MYA song I love and how, while everyone jumped on the "Fear of Flying" bandwagon, I felt alone in the "Moodring" fan club. Nevertheless, I DLed a couple of MYA songs this weekend and I must say, dammit it feels good to bring back songs you temporarily forgot existed due to playing them out in the past.
MYA's the shit, always has been. I'll always be mad at her not reaching the level of respect she deserves!

yo ditto about 'case of the ex.' why was i so strong hearted about that song in 7th grade??!! lol. i had a wierd obsession with it. and why did i love silk the shocker? lmao.
